Yes, safety is one of our top priorities. We regularly crash-test our van racking systems at RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden) to ensure they withstand real-world scenarios. Our racking is also tested according to the stringent international standard INRS NS 286, making our systems some of the safest on the market.

The most critical factors are battery safety and weight. You must never drill into the floor of an EV due to the risk of hitting the battery pack or high-voltage cables, which can be fatal and cause catastrophic damage to the vehicle. Therefore, installation must be carried out by certified installers using the manufacturer’s approved fixing points or specialised mounting methods. Additionally, choose a lightweight system, such as our high-strength steel racking, to maximise your payload and minimise the impact on the vehicle’s range.

We use high-strength steel, which is a deliberate choice as this material is both stronger and lighter than standard mild steel. This makes our system one of the lightest on the market. It allows you to maximise the payload of your vehicle without having to compromise on either durability or safety.

We offer a generous 5-year warranty on both the van racking and the installation itself. This warranty applies provided that you have the installation carried out by one of our authorised dealers.
