Celebrating 25 years of Lakelands Hospice

On Sunday 26th July, Corby’s Lakelands Hospice will be celebrating its 25th birthday at its 2026 Summer Bazaar and System Edström will be there in support as a key sponsor.

Lakelands Hospice supports people in Corby and the surrounding villages who are living with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, COPD and advanced heart failure. They provide palliative and end of life care, completely free of charge, helping patients and their families when they need it most.

The hospice is completely reliant on the generosity of its supporters. In all, they need to raise more than £650,000 every year, so it’s vital that we all play a part in keeping this crucial local service afloat.

This is also a great chance for us to connect a little more with our local community. Our Craig and Mike will be taking a Volkswagen ID. Buzz demo van along so that visitors can get an idea of what we do and, with the weather forecast looking good, we’re confident that it’s a great day for all involved!
